By accessing, browsing or using TheOne2Know.com (“Website”), or any page thereof, through direct or indirect means, or alternative methods (including telephone or email) in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”).
The One2Know Inc. (“Owner”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior written notice to you. Your continued use of this Website following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms of Service, do not use this Website.
ABOUT THE ONE2KNOW.COM
TheOne2Know.com is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy just about anything. The actual contract for sale is directly between the sellers and buyers. The One2Know.com is not a traditional auctioneer.
While we may provide pricing, shipping, listing and other guidance in our services, such guidance is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not. The One2Know.com has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buy or seller will actually complete a transaction.
SELLERS
A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED AND THE PRODUCT AS ADVERTISED WILL RESULT IN PAYMENTS RETURNED TO THE BUYER AND PRODUCTS RETURNED TO THE SELLERS
All sellers are responsible for shipping so sellers are to consider security, cost of shipping and any damage preventative packaging when entering the price options for their products. Sellers must immediately notify TheOne2Know, Inc when they have shipped a product to the buyer.
SELLERS OF FEATURED PRODUCTS
After registering call us direct for product approval and account activation. You will receive the name of an associate who will work to sell your product. Your associate will directly explain functioning details, keep you posted regarding your product’s sales activity and tell you how we receive an added percentage to your asking price range so you will not have to pay us any fees.
Website shall apply a percentage at a range from Zero Percent (0%) Minimum to Thirty-Four Percent (34%) Maximum will be added to your NEW products asking range value solely at the discretion of the website subject to demand and special promotion.
Website shall apply a percentage at a range from Zero Percent (0%) Minimum to Fourty-Four Percent (44%) Maximum will be added to your USED products asking range value solely at the discretion of the website subject to demand and special promotion. There will be no other fees because seller is responsible for their own shipping cost.
You be sent a Paypal or check payment by mail for your product direct from TheOne2Know, Inc. immediately after the buyer has received your product.
SELLERS OF CHEMICAL MIX PRODUCTS
After registering, the webmaster will determine approval of each product to go on to the site. Please include all descriptive information, history and current condition of products along with an indication of if new or used. Also for approval photos must appear in a condition such that they will be able to immediately appear “as is” on the site.
TheOne2Know, Inc will alert sellers to buyer offers below their minimum price but above their floor price. These potential sales will require first seller approval before payment processing.
Website shall apply a percentage at a range from Zero Percent (0%) Minimum to Twenty-Four Percent (24%) Maximum will be added to NEW products asking range value solely at the discretion of the website subject to demand and special promotion.

When seller is notified that their product has sold seller products must be mailed within 3 days, so TheOne2Know, Inc must be notified if a seller becomes unavailable.
Paypal Deposits or Checks from TheOne2know, Inc are mailed to sellers up to 4 days after buyers have received and approved their product.
BUYERS
Buyers will be notified immediately when the seller has shipped their product. When products arrive by mail to buyers someone must be available to sign for said product. NY State sales tax and shipping cost will generate at the point of sale.
FOR REFFUND
When product is received buyers must immediately check to see if it is in the condition as stated by the seller. If there is a discrepancy the buyer must promptly at once write us at
info@theone2know.com. Or to speak with a representative call center hours are
Tuesday thru Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm….Payment is only returned to the buyer within three days of when the product is received.
GENERAL AGREEMENT
REGISTERED SELLERS AGREE TO EXCLUSIVELY PROMOTE THEIR PICTURED PRODUCT ON THEONE2KNOW.COM ONLY.
SELLERS PICTURED PRODUCTS ARE IN THE CONDITION AS PICTURED AND THEY AGREE TO THE OTHER TERMS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
THE ONE2KNOW INC. FUNCTIONS ONLY AS A MEDIATOR OF SALES. ALL DISCREPANCIES WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE SELLER.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND BINDING.
JURISDICTIONAL STATEMENT
This Website is controlled, operated and intended for use only in the United States of America. We do no represent that the materials on this Website are appropriate or made available for use outside of the United States of America.

This Website may contain links to other sites. If so, and if you choose to use the services provided by those third-party websites, you may be asked by those sites to provide certain personally identifiable information. Owner is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please be aware when you leave our site, and read the privacy policies of each and every website that you visit. This Agreement applies solely to this Website. Owner is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.
